GIOVANNI CACCIAPUOTI is a Master Tailor by profession and founder of suit brand Sartorial Rebels, son of Neapolitan bakers, his journey back into the industry was rekindled, during the covid pandemic lockdown. Little did he know at the time that his new found passion for baking would inspire him to establish TAILORED FLAVOURS.

Benefiting from the extensive industry expertise of his parents, Giovanni has spent the best part of the last four years researching, studying and refining his culinary skills.

TAILORED FLAVOURS will launch as a home bakery from 1st August 2024. Many may ask why a home bakery? The decision was based on optimising time to run both business ventures in the same building, therefore allowing more time for TAILORED FLAVOURS to create and offer the highest quality pasta dishes, classic pizza Romana, regional Italian bread and biscotti at affordable prices, without compromising its authenticity and tradition.

TAILORED FLAVOURS will operate as a multi faceted business, commencing with a scheduled online preorder and collection service for pizza, bread and pasta dishes on designated days.

The market stall which is located outside his tailor shop on specific days, will offer passersby the opportunity to purchase freshly made pizza by the slice, bread and focaccia along with handmade Italian biscotti. While you wait pasta dishes will also be part of the food stall experience. In addition TAILORED FLAVOURS will offer an online ordering and shipping service for our biscotti products.

TAILORED FLAVOURS has gone to great lengths to achieve the most authentic recipes by incorporating original culinary techniques and using only the highest quality produce and ingredients. Savour and enjoy the delights of authentic Italian cuisine just like mamma makes it at home.
